  • Season the soup with salt, pepper, nutmeg, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Bring the soup to a boil, then add the shredded chicken.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add the parsley and remove the pot from the heat.
  • Serve the soup with lemon wedges.
