Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Handful Coriander Stems
  • 1 Handful Green Mint Stems
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • Black Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Dry Coriander
  • Salt

Blend the milk, PUCK Cream Cheese Spread, onions, green coriander, spices and salt in a blender, until mixed well.

Pour the mixture into a tray and add the chicken.

Place the tray in the oven at 180-200°C for 45 minutes.
