You & Puck
Omelets are a great source of protein.
To make each omelet, whisk together 2 eggs.
Lightly oil a small frying pan and place over medium heat.
Add the egg mixture and cook until set. Slide the omelet onto a plate.
Draw “curls” using Puck Squeeze and form the rest of the face with the vegetables and olives, as illustrated in the photo.
Repeat the process to make 3 more omelettes.
