Mini Cheese Quiches

Feel free to add other veggies to these mini quiches such as capsicum or spinach for a healthier breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup PUCK Cheddar Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Chives, chopped
  • 6 Slices Buttered Bread, thin and with crusts removed
  • ½ Cup Mushrooms, button type, sliced

Beat together the PUCK Cheddar Cheese Spread and eggs and stir in the chives.

Press the bread into a 6-hole muffin tin, and pour in the cheese mixture.

Add the mushrooms and bake in a 200°C oven for 12-15 minutes, or until set.
