- ¼ Cup PUCK Cheddar Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Chives, chopped
- 6 Slices Buttered Bread, thin and with crusts removed
- ½ Cup Mushrooms, button type, sliced
- Beat together the PUCK Cheddar Cheese Spread and eggs and stir in the chives.
- Press the bread into a 6-hole muffin tin, and pour in the cheese mixture.
- Add the mushrooms and bake in a 200°C oven for 12-15 minutes, or until set.
