Mexican-style sharing snack platter with cheese

Classical Mexican favourites paired with cheese, great as a party snack
Ingredients
2 avocados ripe

1 Puck® Cheddar cream cheese spread

4 tomatoes Ripe, medium size

1 red onion Small, diced
piece
1 garlic clove Minced

2 fresh parsley or cilantro, fresh, finely shopped

1 pepper chili, seeds removed, diced

1 tbsp lemon juice

tortillas chips to taste
Instructions
Make guacamole. Cut avocado in halves, peel the skin and remove the stone. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado pulp with a fork, if not fully ripe. Put the rest of the ingredients and mix gently, season to taste.

Place guacamole, fresh salsa and cheese into different bowls. Serve tortilla chips for dipping.
