Breaded Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

• • Place each chicken breast in a zipper bag and beat using a wooden pounder. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Place the flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs in separate bowls. Coat chicken completely first with flour, dip fully into eggs then press into crumbs.
  • Heat oil in frying pan over high heat and fry the breaded chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides. Arrange in a serving dish.
  • Warm Puck Mushroom Sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and pour over the cooked breaded chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.
