Baked Meatloaf with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients: 2 cups Puck® Mushroom sauce; 500 g meat mince; 1 cup milk; 1 tbsp soy; 1 tsp mustard; 1 tsp oregano, dried; 1 tsp garlic powder; 2 tbsp onions, chopped; 1 tsp hot sauce; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper

Mushroom Sauce makes the perfect addition to this tasty meatloaf

Instructions

- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except for the Puck Mushroom Sauce and place the meatloaf in an oven pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 30 minutes or until meat is cooked.
- Cover the top of the meat with Puck Mushroom Sauce and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Serve
