Baked Feta with Tomato and Oregano

This recipe makes a fabulous entrée or light meal, served with crusty bread.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Break feta into pieces and place in a 20cm ovenproof dish. Scatter over the tomatoes, lemon juice and zest.
Combine the olive oil and garlic and drizzle over the feta and tomatoes. Scatter over the oregano, chilli flakes and season with freshly ground black pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with the crusty baguette.
