Tameez bread with cream cheese, cucumbers, olives and lime-pickled onions

Ingredients: 1 tameez bread; 15 g Puck® Cream cheese spread; 1 red onion medium, thinly sliced; ½ lemon juice; 2 tsp sumac; 3 cucumbers Medium, sliced crosswise; 120 g olives; 1 salt; 1 black pepper freshly ground

Delicious and easy, this recipe can be made in a matter of minutes with the Puck Cream Cheese spread!

Instructions

- Combine onions and lime juice in a small bowl, season with salt and sumac. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Spread a small amount of Puck Cream Cheese on a layer of Tameez bread and top it up with the marinated onions, cucumbers and olives. You may also serve the whole bread and ingredients in bowls so each one could construct their own sandwich with the amount of ingredients preferred.
