Qamar Al-Deen Pudding

Instructions

• • Pour qamar al-deen in a boiler
  • Add 2 tbsp starch in qamar al-deen and whisk the mixture
  • Pour 3 cups of milk in a separate pan and add 3 tbsp of sugar and Puck cream and mix it
  • In a serving cup, pour the first mixture of qamar al-deen and layer it and then pour sec-ond layer of milk and cream mixture. Garnish with whipping cream and dried fruits
