Ingredients: 1 puff pastry square; 250 g Puck® Shredded mozzarella cheese; 150 g beef pepperoni; 1 cup pizza sauce

Nothing beats the pizza except the pizza waffles! It looks amazing and it tastes awesome!

Instructions

- Heat the waffle maker and spray with cooking mist.
- Open the puff pastry sheets and brush with pizza sauce. Spread a layer of PUCK Mozzarella Cheese then a layer of pepperoni.
- Cover with another sheet of pastry then cook in the waffle maker for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts and the waffle pizza becomes golden.
