- 8 Sheets Square puff pastry
- 250 Grams (gm) PUCK Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 150 Grams (gm) Pepperoni or cooked chicken
- 1 Cup Pizza sauce
- Heat the waffle maker and spray with cooking mist.
- Open the puff pastry sheets and brush with pizza sauce. Spread a layer of PUCK Mozzarella Cheese then a layer of pepperoni.
- Cover with another sheet of pastry then cook in the waffle maker for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts and the waffle pizza becomes golden.
