Add the crème caramel to boiled water and stir until dissolved. Leave it on the side to cool off.
In a blender, combine the cream cheese and Puck cream, then add the cooled crème caramel. Place it in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool.
Place ½ the cake and the fruit at the bottom of a serving bowl, then add ½ the cream mixture and whipping cream. Add another layer of the cake, fruits, and cream. Garnish with fruits and pistachios
Place in the fridge for 4 hours to cool down
Serve and enjoy!
