Duo of Potted Dips

Cream cheese spread is the base ingredient of these fabulous dips. Great for snacking, or as sandwich fillings.

  • 1/2 Cup PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 180 Grams (gm) Canned tuna, Drained and flaked
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill, Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Gherkin, Finely diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts, Toasted and chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Zest, Finely grated
  • 3/4 Cup Chicken, finely chopped, cooked
  • 1/4 Cup Celery, finely diced
  • 1 Spring Onions, Finely sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Walnuts, finely chopped, toasted
  • Black Pepper, to season

Prepare the tuna dip; fold together the cream cheese spread, tuna, dill, gherkin, pine seeds and lemon zest. Season with black pepper.

Prepare the chicken dip; fold together the cream cheese spread, chicken, celery and walnuts. Season with black pepper

Serve dips with crispbread, breadsticks or use as a sandwich filling.
