Instructions

- Cut cucumber into vertical, small rounds
- Remove crust from each bread slice and spread cheese on each slice
- Cut the bread slices in your desired shape. You can serve as one layer or two in a triangular, square or rectangular shape
- Place 2-3 slices of cucumber neatly on each sandwich then sprinkle each with dried herbs
- Serve with a warm cup of tea!
