TexMex Pasta in the Oven

Instructions

• • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, and garlic then cook for a minute until soft.
  • Add chicken cubes and season with salt, pepper and herbs. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken has turned white, then add mushrooms and mix together. Reduce heat, then close lid tightly and leave for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooking cream, let it simmer with the mix, then add the tomato sauce to create the pink sauce and leave for 2 minutes.
  • Add the broccoli, and parsley and leave the mixture for 2 minutes.
  • Lastly, add the cooked drained pasta to the sauce and mix all together.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Transfer Pasta to a baking pan, and cover the top completely with Puck Shredded TexMex Cheese Mix.
  • Broil for 10 minutes until cheese has melted and slightly browned.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
