Caesar Salad with Puck Feta cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 Piece Avocado
  • 1 Cup Lettuce
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Pieces Toasted Bread
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Pinch Oregano
  • 1 Pinch Salt, brush
  • 1 Pinch Thyme, dried
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Cumin, powder
  • 3 Anchovies
  • 1 Cup Cucumber, Pickled
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch Salt, brush
  • 200 Grams (gm) PUCK White Cheese Cubed Feta Cheese

Cut the avocado lettuce, cherry tomatoes

Cut the chicken breast into slices

Add on a pan the toast cubes and season with oregano, salt, and olive oil for 10 minutes

In large salad bowl, combine the anchovies, cucumber pickles, garlic, lemon juice and salt, then add the mayonnaise

In a bowl, add the lettuce and the mayonnaise

Fry the chicken breasts in olive oil and add the salt and pepper, until crisp
