Baked Potato, Turkey, and Mushroom Sauce
A baked potato with turkey and Puck Mushroom sauce makes a great meal
Instructions
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 250° C until tender.
Slice baked potatoes lengthwise in half, remove some of the filling and mix with butter, chopped turkey and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
Warm Puck Mushroom Sauce in a sauce pan and pour over each baked potato. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
