Cheese Chicken Kofta

Cheese Chicken Kofta can be served a perfect appetizer

  • 3 Tbsp. Puck cream cheese
  • 4 Pieces Chicken breasts, boneless
  • 3 Pieces Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro or parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 Tsp Allspice
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Pieces Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Vegetable oil

Instructions

Step

Boil the chicken breasts, sprinkling them with salt and pepper, and then chop them into flakes

Boil the potatoes then mash them in a large bowl and then add the chicken flakes, cilantro, cheese, allspice, garlic powder and salt

Combine the whole mixture well until it is all mashed. Form small balls out the chicken mixture

Beat the eggs and dip the balls in them and then in the breadcrumbs

Heat the oil and fry the chicken kofta balls until golden brown. Serve hot.
