Mouthwatering chicken recipe blended with Puck's lemon butter sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C.
In a large bowl, add the chopped vegetables and then pour half of Puck Lemon Butter Sauce and mix to combine. Pour vegetable mixture onto a baking sheet. Add the chicken legs on top and add additional salt to the chicken legs and the remaining Puck Lemon Butter Sauce.
Cook the meal (uncovered) for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180C and the vegetables are thoroughly cooked.
Let the meal cool for approximately five minutes and enjoy!
