Bechamel spinach cannelloni

• • In a pan, fry the garlic in olive oil, then add the spinach and stir.
  • Put the spinach in a bowl and let it cool, then add the ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the mixture well, then pour it into cream bags.
  • Stuff the cannelloni pasta with the spinach filling and place them in a baking dish.
  • In a pot, melt the butter, then add the flour and stir.
  • Gradually add the milk and cooking cream from Puck while stirring continuously.
  • Add the spices and stir until the mixture thickens.
  • Pour the béchamel sauce over the cannelloni, then sprinkle shredded creamy mozzarella cheese from Puck on top.
  • Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, then serve it hot.
