These delicious bite-size treats are great to serve after dinner.
Instructions
To make sugar syrup, boil the sugar with water for 3 minutes, then add the blossom water, stir well and leave to cool.
To make the stuffing, boil the sugar with water and milk until it melts, then add PUCK Whipping Cream and stir well. Add the semolina while stirring continuously, then add the starch and stir the mixture until it holds well.
To soak the Kulaj, mix the milk and water. Cut the Kulaj dough into squares and rub with the soaking mixture.
Place a tablespoon of stuffing in the centre of the dough, fold it, and fry on a medium heat.
Remove the Kulaj from the oil and place on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
Serve warm, dipped in sugar syrup.
