Cream Cheese Bagel

Smoked salmon, dill and cream cheese are a classic bagel combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup PUCK Natural Cream Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Clove Garlic, smashed
  • 2 Tablespoons Chives, diced
  • 4 Sesame Bagel, cut in half widthwise
  • 200 Grams (gm) Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Dill, small bunch

Mix Puck Cream cheese spread with the garlic and the diced chives.

Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on the base of the bagel.

Add a slice of smoked salmon and a sprig of dill and place the lid of the bagel on top.
