Cheesy Pasta in Foil

  • 250 Gram (gm) Pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Mixed Italian Herbs
  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • 2 Cups Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup PUCK Cooking Cream
  • 2 Cups Puck Low Fat Mozzarella Shredded
  • Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente

Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until soft

Add garlic and mix

Add tomato sauce and basil leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes

Add cooking cream, salt, pepper and herbs. Mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes

Cut a large piece of foil and place inside a baking dish

Spread the pasta on the foil and pour the sauce evenly on top

Sprinkle generously with Puck Low Fat Mozzarella Shredded

Fold the edges of the foil to form a foil packet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 7-10 minutes
