- 250 Gram (gm) Pasta, cooked al dente
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mixed Italian Herbs
- 5 Basil Leaves
- 2 Cups Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup PUCK Cooking Cream
- 2 Cups Puck Low Fat Mozzarella Shredded
- Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Instructions
Step
1- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
Step
2- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until soft
Step
3- Add garlic and mix
Step
4- Add tomato sauce and basil leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes
Step
5- Add cooking cream, salt, pepper and herbs. Mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes
Step
6- Cut a large piece of foil and place inside a baking dish
Step
7- Spread the pasta on the foil and pour the sauce evenly on top
Step
8- Sprinkle generously with Puck Low Fat Mozzarella Shredded
Step
9- Fold the edges of the foil to form a foil packet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 7-10 minutes
