Crumbed Lamb and Feta Meatballs

These tasty meatballs are easy to make and can be served stuffed into pita bread, if desired.
Instructions
Combine lamb, onion, garlic, and spices.Stir in the crumbled feta and then form into golf-sized balls. Chill for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 200 C.
Combine breadcrumbs, lemon rind and parsley. Roll the lamb and feta balls in the crumbs. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
Serve with minted yoghurt, cucumber ribbons and flat bread, if desired.
