Creamy Rosemary Mushroom Chicken Thighs
Seasoned, delicious flavored mushroom chicken thighs
Instructions
Put chicken thighs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook thighs in a heated pan for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden.
Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and mushrooms to the pan and cook medium-high until golden.
Add rosemary, butter and flour. Cook for one minute.
Slowly add cream while whisking continuously.
Bring to a simmer while whisking, till the sauce is thick and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Plate the fried chicken and pour the sauce over each serving.
