Ingredients

  • PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 Donuts, mini
  • Oil, Vegetable
  • 250 Grams (gm) Chicken, minced
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons PUCK Cooking Cream
  • Parsley, Fresh, chopped
  • Salt
  • Butter

Prepare the chicken patties by mixing the minced chicken with one egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Season with salt. Beat with a stand mixer

Form small balls of the chicken mixture then press gently to form small discs

Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Fry the chicken patties for 2 minutes on each side until golden

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs then mix with cooking cream, parsley and salt

Pour the eggs into the same pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side

Fold the omelettes in three layers

Melt the butter in a pan

Slice the donuts in half and toast with the inside part facing the bottom for 2 minutes
