Beef, Feta and Spinach Spaghetti Bolognaise

This recipe jazz’s up traditional spaghetti bolognaise with the addition feta and spinach.
Instructions
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add the mince and cook until browned.
Add the diced tomato in juice, tomato paste and herbs. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper While the meat sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions. Drain.
Stir the spinach into the meat sauce and continue to heat until wilted. To serve, spoon the meat sauce over the pasta and crumble over the feta.
