These breads are yeast free and very quick to make.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Sift together the flour and salt in a large bowl.
Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Stir in the feta, walnuts, parmesan and basil. Make a well in the centre and pour in the milk, mixing gently to make a soft dough. Turn out on a floured board and knead gently a few times with your fingertips. Do not over handle the dough or the breads will become tough.
Divide to dough into 6-8 pieces, transfer on to the oven tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and well risen.
