Qatayef with Puck Cream
Qatayef is an all-time Ramadan sweet. PUCK All-purpose Cream will give it a specially good taste
Instructions
For the Qatayef dough: Mix the flour in a bowl with baking powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and mix until it is of dough consistency. Leave it on the side for one hour to rise
Flatten the dough and lightly fry them on a pan on one side only
Fry the qatayef in cooking oil
Remove the qatayef and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil
Stuff the qatayef with Puck Cream
For the syrup: Boil the water. Stir in the blossom water, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are blended
Serve the qatayef with sugar syrup and pistachios
