Mix the flour in a bowl with salt and powdered milk. Sift the mixture and set it aside.
Dissolve the yeast in a small cup with sugar and ¼ cup of warm water.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture with two cups of warm water and half a cup of vegetable oil.
stir the mixture with a spoon until you get a liquid dough.
Pour the mixture in a frying pan using a small cup or a ladle.
Remove the disc from the pot when it is golden from the bottom. Repeat the process until you have the desired number of discs.
Fill the disc with Puck cream then garnish with dried fruits and pistachio. Repeat the process with the reminder of the discs.
Pour the sugar syrup on the discs then serve.
