Instructions

• • Mix the flour in a bowl with salt and powdered milk. Sift the mixture and set it aside.
  • Dissolve the yeast in a small cup with sugar and ¼ cup of warm water.
  • Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture with two cups of warm water and half a cup of vegetable oil.
  • stir the mixture with a spoon until you get a liquid dough.
  • Pour the mixture in a frying pan using a small cup or a ladle.
  • Remove the disc from the pot when it is golden from the bottom. Repeat the process until you have the desired number of discs.
  • Fill the disc with Puck cream then garnish with dried fruits and pistachio. Repeat the process with the reminder of the discs.
  • Pour the sugar syrup on the discs then serve.
