Puck Cream Cheese and Salmon Bruschetta

Fresh dill and smoked salmon make for a fresh and delicious bruschetta with Puck Cream Cheese. Try this tasty and simple recipe for a light meal!
Instructions
Mix the cheese with crushed garlic and spring onion then season with some salt & pepper
Pre-heat oven to 200°C
Coat one end of each bread slice with butter
Place the bread slices on an oven tray with the coated part facing downwards
Bake in pre-heated oven for 6-7 minutes until slightly toasted
Coat each bread slice with the cheese mix
Place the smoked salmon slice over the coated bread slice then garnish with chopped spring onion and serve at once
