  • 250 Grams (gm) PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon Spring Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 10 Slices French Bread, Sliced at an angle
  • 1/4 Cup Butter, Softened
  • 10 Slices Smoked Salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Mix the cheese with crushed garlic and spring onion then season with some salt & pepper

Pre-heat oven to 200°C

Coat one end of each bread slice with butter

Place the bread slices on an oven tray with the coated part facing downwards

Bake in pre-heated oven for 6-7 minutes until slightly toasted
