Puck Bechamel Chicken Pasta

A filling platter of creamy and delicious pasta, chicken and vegetables!
Ingredients

1 zucchini

1 aubergine
piece
1 button mushroom
piece
1 chicken breast
piece
3 tbsp olive oil

1 cup corn

500 ml Puck® Bechamel sauce with cheese
ml
2 cups pasta
cup
1 pinch salt
pinch
1 pinch black pepper
pinch
Instructions
Cut zucchini, eggplant, chicken and mushrooms into smaller pieces
Fry the chicken breast in olive oil and stir constantly
Add mushroom, eggplant, zucchini and corn, and sauté for a couple of minutes
Add the Puck Bechamel sauce and mix well
Add pasta to the mixture followed be a pinch of salt and black pepper
Pour everything into a baking tray and bake on medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve
