Using Puck Cooking Cream, Chef Elie from Top Chef prepared a delicious potato gratin
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
In a pot, heat the cooking cream with the onions and bay leaves until boiling then turn off the stove and let it rest for 10 minutes
Peel the potatoes and cut it into thin and even slices
Strain the cream from the onions and bay leaves and add the garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the cream
Grease an oven tray with butter and add a layer of potatoes
Alternate layers between the parmesan cheese and potatoes, ending with a layer of potatoes
Add the cream to the potatoes and cover the tray with aluminum foil. Place it in the oven for an hour. After an hour, remove the foil and let it cook for another 30 minutes
Add a layer of parmesan to the potatoes and bake until melted
