Mediterranean Cheese Ball

This cheese ball is delicious alongside crunchy crostini.

Ingredients

  • 250 Grams (gm) PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 150 Grams (gm) PUCK Cheddar Cream Cheese Spread, Grated
  • 3 Tablespoons Basil Leaves, Finely shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons Sundried Tomatoes, Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Olives, Diced
  • ½ Cup Almonds, Toasted sliced
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper, freshly ground

Place the PUCK Cream Cheese Spread and grated cheese in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.

Transfer into a bowl and stir in the shredded basil, sundried tomatoes and olives. Season with black pepper to taste.

Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and roll in the toasted almonds. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2-3 hours.

Serve with toasted crostini or crackers.
