Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Pinch Sugar
  • 1 Pinch Yeast
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Mint
  • 200 Grams (gm) PUCK Labneh
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Olives

In a bowl, put Flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water, and olive oil

Mix the ingredients to get a cohesive dough

Stretch the dough using rolling pin

Put the dough in tray and bake for 7 minutes

Cut the fresh mint and tomato

On the top of the dough, spread Puck labneh

Add tomato, fresh mint, black olive, and olive oil
