Home Baked Manekeesh with Zaatar and Cheese Triangles

The smell of freshly baked manakeesh flatbread topped with zaatar and cream cheese triangles will surely make your morning good.
Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
Add oil and start adding lukewarm water gradually while kneading.
Knead the dough for approx. 7 minutes until the dough is soft but not sticky.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 8 equally sized portions.
Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
Transfer the dough onto a work surface sprinkled with flour and roll out each dough ball into a flat circle ¼-inch thick.
Mix olive oil with zaatar and add a Cheese Triangle.
Transfer the dough circles to a baking tray, spread the zaatar and oil mixture to the dough and top with Cheese Triangles.
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 (C) degrees until the manakeesh in lightly golden.
Serve hot.
