Havarti Cheese and Baked Eggs in Bread bowls

This is a novel way to serve up a healthy and tasty breakfast.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut a thin slice off the top of each roll. Line each roll with a PUCK Natural Havarti Cheese Slice, overhanging slightly down the outside of the roll.
In a small frying pan, cook the turkey bacon over a medium heat, until crispy. Add the shallots and cook until softened, and then add the spinach leaves and cook a further 2 minutes, until wilted. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Cool slightly.
Combine the eggs and the cooled spinach mixture. Pour into the cheese-lined bread bowls.
Place the bread rolls on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the egg is set and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
