Havarti Cheese and Baked Eggs in Bread bowls

• • Bake the turkey bacon in a preheated 200°C oven until it's crispy. Set it aside.
  • In a pan with some olive oil, sauté the leeks for 2 minutes. Then, add the spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and set it aside.
  • Cut the tops off each bread roll and carve out the center to create a well. Line the inside of each bread roll with Puck Natural Havarti Slices, making sure the cheese extends slightly over the sides.
  • In a bowl, crumble the crispy turkey bacon. Add the sautéed spinach mixture and eggs. Adjust your seasoning and mix well. Then, divide this mixture between the bread rolls.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy!
