These crispy cheese bites melts in your mouth with every bite
Mix the flour in a large bowl with a teaspoon of olive oil and salt.
Pour in the warm water gradually and start kneading the mixture until the dough gets smooth and does not stick to your hands.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30-45 minutes.
In another bowl, add the cheese, milk, mint and parsley. Mix to combine.
When the dough size doubles, roll it on a floured surface and cut it into equal rectangular pieces.
Put one tablespoon of the cheese mix in the centre of the dough piece. Fold the edges to form a triangle or semi-circle.
Beat the egg and brush the cheese rolls with it then sprinkle them with nigella seeds.
Heat the oil in medium-size pan on high heat and fry the cheese rolls until golden brown and a bit crispy.
Remove the cheese rolls from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain. Serve hot.
