A perfect balance of crispy crust, tender juicy filling and crumbly white cheese with Mozzarella cheese that melts in your mouth. This recipe is an easy favorite among kids and adults
Instructions
Mix two cups of flour in a bowl with the salt and baking powder
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a cup of warm water
Stir the yogurt and oil in the flour bowl and knead a little then add the yeast mixture and keep on kneading. Pour in the rest of the flour gradually, kneading continuously until the dough is smooth and does not stick to the hands
Cover the dough and let it rest for one hour
Take a little dough to form small balls out of it and then stuff them with mozzarella cheese
Roll up the rest of the dough on a large pan in the shape of a big circle
Scatter the mozzarella all over the dough circle evenly and spread the white cheese on the mozzarella cheese layer
Add the olives all over the cheese and then sprinkle with the chopped parsley
Place the mozzarella-stuffed balls on the edges of the pizza
Bake the pizza on 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown from the top. Serve hot
