Cream cheese spread combines superbly with chocolate hazelnut spread in these delicious, easy to prepare, pastries.

8 puff pastry squares 10 x 10, frozen

3 tbsp caster sugar

1 cup Puck® Cream cheese spread

cup
1 cup hazelnut chocolate cream spread

cup
Habbat strawberries Quartered

Instructions

- Preheat oven to 220 °C. Lay the pastry squares on baking trays. Prick the pastry with a fork leaving a 1.5 cm border. Run the tip of a sharp knife around the border, taking care not to cut through the pastry. Brush the border with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and puffy. Remove from oven and cool.
- Carefully push the centre in, leaving the base and border intact. Fill the centre with cream cheese spread, top with chocolate spread and strawberries.
