7.2 Winners acknowledge that their personal information, including contact information and, where required, a copy of an official identification document, may be shared with Arla, the Official Agency and relevant prize suppliers only where necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize fulfilment.
7.3 Copies of identification documents collected for eligibility verification and prize fulfilment will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and will thereafter be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
7.4 Where permitted by applicable law, winners may be asked to consent to their first name, last name and Participating Market being announced through the Puck Arabia website and/or campaign channels.
7.5 Participants will only receive marketing or other campaign-related communications beyond those necessary to administer the Competition where the required consent has been provided, in accordance with applicable law.
8.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arla will not accept liability for any damage, loss, injury, disappointment, technical failure or inability to participate suffered by an entrant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting a prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
8.2 Arla is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected or not received due to technical, network, website, QR code, platform or other issues outside Arla’s reasonable control.
8.3 Arla and the Official Agency are not responsible for the availability of specific staycation dates, hotels or other services provided by third-party hospitality partners, except to the extent required by applicable law.

10.2 Where mandatory laws or regulations of a Participating Market require otherwise, the Competition and these Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of that market and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that market.
