  • PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 Slices Beef, meat, thin
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Salt, to your taste
  • Black Pepper, freshly ground, to your taste
  • Olive Oil, for frying
  • 1 Cucumber, large, fresh, sliced
  • 100 Grams (gm) Raisins
  • Parsley, fresh
  • 150 Grams (gm) Cashew nuts, raw, untoasted
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

Prepare the cashews: In a skillet preheat the oil on medium heat and dissolve the sugar. Add the nuts and caramelize them, stirring constantly about 7-10 minutes. When the cashews are gently toasted and caramelized, transfer to the parchment paper or a plate and let cool.

Prepare the meat: Season the beef with salt and pepper, sprinkle with other spices (cumin and nutmeg). Preheat the skillet with olive oil on medium heat and fry the beef both sides until cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Let it rest and cut into tiny squares.

Assemble the sandwich: Spread the cream cheese, add cucumber circles, beef cubes, raisins and cashews. Decorate with fresh parsley.
