- 2 Slices Bread
- 4 Tablespoons PUCK Natural Cream Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 Bell pepper, Sliced
- 6-8 Stalks Asparagus
- 4-6 Slices Eggplant
- 4-5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1-2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- Zaatar, To taste
- 1 Handful Pine Nuts, Toasted
- Grill the vegetables. Preheat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat, 3-5 minutes.
- Grill the vegetables until soft, or semi-soft. 7-10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread, rub it with garlic (optional)
- Spread the cheese, top with vegetables, pine nuts and zaatar.
