  • 2 Slices Bread
  • 4 Tablespoons PUCK Natural Cream Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Bell pepper, Sliced
  • 6-8 Stalks Asparagus
  • 4-6 Slices Eggplant
  • 4-5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • Zaatar, To taste
  • 1 Handful Pine Nuts, Toasted
  • Salt

Grill the vegetables. Preheat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat, 3-5 minutes.

Grill the vegetables until soft, or semi-soft. 7-10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread, rub it with garlic (optional)
