Stuffed Eggs

These stuffed eggs are a great party food.

  • 6 Eggs, Hardboiled, Halved
  • 1/3 Cup PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Chives, Finely chopped

Using a teaspoon, scoop yolks into a bowl. Using a fork, mash.

Add cream cheese spread, mustard and 1 tablespoon of chives.

Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture back into the white cavity. Garnish with the remaining chives.
