Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Rolls

These rolls can be made in a matter of minutes using store bought crêpes or flatbread.

  • 3/4 Cup PUCK White Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill, Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Very finely diced
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest, Finely grated
  • 4 Bread, Flat
  • 200 Grams (gm) Smoked Salmon
  • Small skewers

Mix together the cream cheese spread, dill, onion and zest.

Lay the crepes or flatbread on a clean work surface, spread with the cream cheese mixture and lay over smoked salmon. Roll up to enclose filling, trim ends and cut into bite size pieces and secure with small skewers.
