Scrambled Eggs with Spinach, Chia Seeds and Less Fat Cream Cheese Spread

Start your morning in the best way with wholesome scrambled eggs with fresh spinach, nutrient-rich chia seeds and less fat cream cheese.
Instructions
Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and add baby spinach. Cook until the spinach is tender and reduced in size.
Remove the spinach from the pan and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper and milk.
Add butter to the pan and pour in the egg mixture.
Use a spatula to move the eggs gently from the sides to the centre.
When the eggs are semi cooked (but still wet), turn off the heat and add spinach and chia seeds. Cook until everything is well combined.
Serve the scrambled eggs on a plate, topped with small chunks of Puck Less Fat Cream Cheese Spread.
Garnish with chia seeds and edible flowers.
