This is a delicious lemon-scented milk pudding, garnished with pistachio for colour and texture.
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except for the nuts in a large bowl.
Place the mixture in a large nonstick pot, stir over a low heat with a flat wooden spoon for 10-15 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken.
Add the nuts and keep stirring for another 5 minutes or until the mixture is fully thickened.
Remove from the heat and place on a serving dish. Allow to cool briefly before placing it into the fridge to cool properly.
Garnish with crushed pistachios and serve topped with syrup.
