Instructions
Crack the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk to beat.
Add the milk and whisk again.
In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the beaten eggs.
Add onion, tomato, chilli, carrot and cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes then flip and cook the other side. Fold and remove from heat.
Spread PUCK Cream Cheese on the bread.
Top with vegetable omelette. Serve.
