  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Onion, Finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, Finely chopped
  • 1/2 Carrot, Grated
  • 1 Green Chilli, Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Cheddar cheese, Grated
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Crack the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk to beat.

In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
