Mini Zaatar Bites with White Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients: 250 g Puck® Cream Cheese Spread; 4 tbsp Zaatar; 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds; 1 tbsp olive oil; 4 arabic pitta bread

Mini Zaatar bites have a satisfying crunch and a great savory taste! Dip them in delicious Puck Cream Cheese for a great afternoon snack!

Instructions

- Pre-heat oven to 200°C
- Combine zaatar, roasted sesame seeds and olive oil, then mix
- Split the Arabic bread and cut into 10cm x 10cm squares, coating the inside of each square with the zaatar & sesame mix
- Roll the bread up so its long and skinny, then lightly spray with cooking spray before baking on a sheet of baking paper
- Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy
- Serve with Puck Cream Cheese Spread for dipping
