Latte Cake

• • In a blender, combine the whipping cream powder with cream caramel powder, Puck cream Cheese Squares, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and latte coffee. Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy.
  • Assemble the dessert in the serving dish by dipping the biscuits in coffee, then layering them in the dish. Add a layer of the cream mixture, and repeat these layers until all the cream mixture is used.
  • Crush the remaining biscuits and sprinkle them over the top of the cream.
  • Refrigerate the dessert for 4 hours or freeze it for 1 hour before serving.
